There is a scheduled inspection of the community on Monday, June 22, 2026, from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm for all single-family homes and townhomes in Lorton Valley HOA.  A team of FirstService Residential Covenants Inspectors will accomplish this inspection.  Violation letters of findings will be mailed out, identifying areas for repair or compliance with the HOA standards. These standards are located on the community website www.lortonvalley.com under the Architectural Guidelines and Design Standards document.

Post Lamps, Wall Lamps, and other Exterior Lighting.

Flower Beds, Landscape Borders, Landscaping items (appropriate items in types and numbers).

Tree Trimming (not more than 25%), Low Branches, and sucker branches.

Home Siding Cleaned (Power washing).  Broken Siding.

Signs/Signage,  Single Family Home Mailboxes.

Basic maintenance of the property.

These inspectors will have a FirstService Residential Shirt and will be taking photos of each violation.  They are conducting these inspections for the HOA Board of Directors and will be professional and courteous, and the Board requests the same from our residents.  If you have any questions, please contact the Onsite Community Manager at 703-493-8585 or randy.kline@fsresidential.com
